How your piece is made
Rough cut & carving
Your order goes straight to the bench. We select the boards, cut and carve the piece by hand - about 7 to 10 days.
You approve the photo
Before the final finish we send you photos of your actual piece. Nothing moves forward until you say it is right.
Finish, crate, ship
We oil or lacquer the wood, crate it carefully and ship it free by freight - usually about 2 weeks.

TLC Shop started on the banks of the Allegheny with a simple idea: furniture should be built to outlast trends, and every customer should know exactly what they are getting.
Each order is cut, carved and sanded by hand. Before the final finish goes on, we photograph your piece and wait for your OK - nothing ships until you are happy with it.

Yes - standard freight shipping to any address in the contiguous United States is included in the price.
